1. NB: The sale shall be for USD cash or nostro and in addition the purchaser shall pay a security deposit of US$5 000,00 (five thousand United States dollars only) cash or through nostro which is refundable upon complying with conditions of the sale and should be paid on being confirmed as the highest bidder
2. The highest bidder shall deposit with the auctioneer an amount sufficient to cover the auctioneers commission of 5% plus VAT and further advise the manner in which he or she intends to pay the purchase price and other charges
3. The highest bidder shall further pay all rates arrears, transfer fees and charges to complete the sale of the property
